Sorry, but this doesn't look original at all. Seems more like a color scheme than a theme. If you moved this "theme" over to Color Schemes, I'm sure you'd have a better chance of a higher score. As it is, it just looks like you used DotNet style with Noia icons, etc.
Well a theme is a combination of design elements, I didnt say i created the style the icons the window decs etc, i put it together in a way that I saw attractive and original. Furthermore, its not posted as a theme, its posted as a screenshot of the theme i use.
BTW the style is slicker, the window dec is MKUltra, and the icons are Noia warm
