Reworked the desktop...it is still running the .net theme as well as the web window decorations. It is running my own color scheme Heliox, as well as the Reinhardt 0.5 icon set

thanks to Dan Leinir to clueing me into the 0.5 theme which has a pda icon much supperior to the one I made.
