OK, you're right! :-) Of course it doesn't look exactly like Mac. After all, I wanted to keep some "Linux-feeling" and add some things I like about the Mac-look. But anyway: thanks for your comment!
For the docker you could try ksmoothdock or kxdocker ... ksmoothdock is quite simple to install and customize. Get ksmoothdock at: http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=6585
