My aim was to create a scheme that's not dark and gloomy, yet not eye-strainingly bright, either. The outcome is even-tempered and could be described as bureaucratic. The shades of gray and black have a subtle blueness to them.

This is (in my opinion) the perfect partner for roberTO21's KlearBox window decoration, which really brings out the clarity of KDE.
