As for the fonts I'm using Abscissa II for General, A.C.M.E. Secret Agent for the Menus and Astrolyte II for the window title. These fonts are available from the fonts section on kde-look as part of the 6800+ Fonts.

The Icons, and the karamba themes are from the Flat set by dannya. You can find them all here http://kde-look.org/usermanager/search.php?username=dannya
