Hi Can you post your theme as .kth please Anil
This would be quite difficult, as the window manager is compiz, and the QtCurve themes don't get saved in a .kth. But you can easily reproduce this, just search for "snowish" and you'll find everything you need.
But what is the window decoration etc?
