I don’t mind if you use Gnome in your little corner of your house, just don’t push it down everybody’s throat. Some people may think that Gnome is Linux and Linux is Gnome. They just glance at Gnome for one moment and say “Linux is crap and damn ugly”. That’s why Linux adoption by the non IT oriented folk is so slow.
