These are the Microsoft Windows 9x Colors.
I tried to make it as exact as I could.
This is a kcsrc file so ur browser may when downloading show the contents - if so - save as then import in system settings - appearance color.

Yeah, similar, but where's sense? If one uses Linux, one doesn't want to have Window's look. Am I right? But nice work :P
