How do I get the red highlight's in the icons?
In kcontrol > Look 'n feel > icons > advanced > set effect. I'm not sure about exact name because I'm using localized version.

Icons can be downloaded from http://slicker.sourceforge.net/reinhardticons-0.7.tar.bz2 AFAIK they are on GPL.
Those Icons are fucking Great !!! The best ones i've ever had !
