you have to put them into
$HOME/.kde/share/apps/noatun/kjskins
In there the skin needs to be in its own directory.
Then one can choose the skin from the list of skins.
KDE3 will have a skin-installer for kjofol-skins working for (almost) every zip'ed-skin I know of.
To install k-jofel skins:
-for all users : copy the skin directory to /usr/share/apps/noatun/skins/kjofol/
-for one user : copy the skin directory to $HOME/.kde/apps/noatun/skins/kjofol/
run noatun and choose your favorite skin.
