This screenshot is to express myself about frustation to be unable to change the look of the panel on xfce4!

I know it is a gtkrc-2.0 file and it is in the home directory and i can create it if it is not there but nobody was able to explain step by step with an easy way to undestand like i could do it for an other...a+b+c...

Anyway! This screen shot show the great pixel art game Abuse sdl, Dusk theme xfce4, orage, Black and white icones on Cairo dock, clock screenlet and Mist icons desktop.

NB: If you can explain to me the a+b+c clear way to change the panel with black bkg and a cyan-blue typo, just write it on the comments! Thank!
