installed GnoMenu (for the start menu), and applied "windows 7" themes for it.. I may upload them if you want :)
other than that, just right click at the pannel, and add (window list, GnoMenu and notification area).. Put the panel size to 50, background to "solid color" plus a few transparency, and you are off to go ;)
