to get the taskbar running seamlessly like that, open the registry editor in your VM, and go to
\\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
create a DWORD Value in that key called "NoDesktop" and set its value to 1.
Then, when you run the rdesktop command, launch "explorer" with the seamless rdp program inside your VM.
what's missing: the guide.
It would be nice to know how you did it, it could be really useful for many person in the community.
