Thanks guy! So the gtk theme is SlicknesS, the icon one is called Black-White 2 Vista. The emerald theme is AquaReborn 1.2. I changed the mouse as well and used Jaguar X. Finally I changed the start button with StarCrystall 0.4. Moreover I replaced the network manager icon, but I'm sorry I don't remember where I found it.... And I found the wallpaper here.
