I've been a KDE user for about 5 years now. When the switch to KDE 4 came around I was an early adopter. I finally got tired of not being able to do things I could do before, having it crash all the time and having to handle it with kid gloves all the time. I made the switch to Gnome a couple of months ago. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Gnome is fast, looks great and is rock solid. I'm so glad I made the switch.
