Ok theres a modded elementary theme on compiz (the orignial one was pixmap I ported it to glass). The GTK theme is elementary (modified with gnome color chooser - great tool btw) the icons are elementary as well and theres the dockbarx and my custom earthy main menu button. the default gnome notification area icons should become smaller by default. :-)
