Description: kload is a kicker applet showing current info about your system. It shows system uptime, system load, transfered network bytes, network speed, and RAM and SWAP usage. Most monitoring apps are too big and don't fit anywhere on the screen, which is why this one was created. It shows stats simply, as a number instead of a graph.

0.2a - small fix for those who got compilation error. just delete the directory autom4te.cache from the archive I updated the ebuild and it should all work fine now.
New in 0.2 - fix size problem - fix infos precision - general optimization
- make a config window - make every stats type as an options - prevent loopback or some network interface. - option to show RAM and SWAP as % instead.
- shift-LMB go backward - make info selection capabilities through RMB - more info on help window - keep latest current showing in config file.
- network info is a bit prettier...

There appears to be no way to install this. There is no configure script, ./configure does nothing, make does nothing, the INSTALL file is generic, the README is one bit and empty, and your site is dead and has no information on it.

The new version seems to require aclocal 1.7 and automake 1.7. It fails on my Slackware 10 box, because I have version 1.8 of those.
have you try deleting autom4ke.cache directory ?
configure: error: cannot find install-sh or install.sh in admin ./admin No admin directory in the archive.
k, sorry about that, i removed the admin dir thinking was useless once the configure script is created... I'll make a new tar.bz2 tonight.

i dont have a gentoo system at home. i'm not sure if that ebuild will work at all. please tell me.

sorry : true my website is empty you have to generate the configure script by typing 'make -f Makefile.cvs' could be Makefile.dist
