Application beautiful, congratulations! I own a cintiq15" and finally thanks to this app I can set this as a tablet with windows without breaking my head (as graphic hate setup under any form of text), thanks! It also works with Kubuntu 15.04 in kde5?
I have upgraded my system and am having trouble getting wacom tablet to work on opensuse 13.1. When I use ctests it tells me: The following tests FAILED: 18 - KDED.DBusTabletService (Failed) 19 - KDED.TabletHandler (Failed) Errors while running CTest Thoughts?
I just set up a new machine with Centos 7 and KDE. I built this from scratch because it did not come with the install, but I cannot for the life of me get the UI. I can see the project is building fine, but I can't tell if everything is put in the right places or if this version is just incompatible with my system. I can give you a build log if you need it. The only part I can get is the detection tool (tablet finder). From what I have read, kcm-wacomtablet is not loading in kded4. My tablet (intuos4) is recognized out of the box and I can technically use xsetwacom if I need, but I need profiles to support my Cintiq alongside it. I don't know what commands you need to give more detailed information, but these are the versions of the packages I have: libwacom 0.8.3 libwacom-data 0.8.3 xorg-x11-drv-wacom 0.23.0-6 wacomtablet 2.1.0 (tagged) kernel 3.10.0-229.4.2 qt 4.8.5-8 kde 4.10.5 I tried building xf86-input-wacom from source, but that just gave me xsetwacom, which already detects my hardware. Plus, rebuilding and installing wacomtablet on top of that didn't help. I have time to mess around with it, but I've already been beating my head into the keyboard for the last six hours.
I was having trouble with the buttons on my pen. They wouldn't work unless the pen was in contact with the tablet - eg no click while hovering. This: xsetwacom set 9 TabletPCButton off Solved the problem, but I'm trying to work out why it happens in the first place. Do you think it's wacom tablet setting me as a tabletpc?
Any plans to support the configuration of multiple touchring modes out of the box as supported by this GIMP plugin? http://registry.gimp.org/node/28096
Any plans to port this to KDE Frameworks 5 / Plasma 5 in the foreseeable future?
Weng Xuetian ported it already to kf5 including a qml plasmoid as replacement for the current one. If you like you can chaeckout the kf5 branch.
Unfortunately it is not possible to create a profile. There is no default profile changes are not saved. Christmas greetings
Model: Intuos Pro large (PTH-851) I can't find tab "Express Buttons".
You may want to check this video and the links in description: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjPjQhltQ0E I put there what files i modified and also the link to your page. I think you did an amazing job by bringing to linux users the possibility to have configurable tablet as in mac os or windows. Maybe you implement those buttons in the next release. Cheers!
Just saw that also there is a problem when mapping the tablet. It ends up in "internal error" ...
i use left-handed mouse settings - my primary and secondary buttons are flipped - which means that tapping with the stylus brings up a secondary click menu. it works great if i set my mouse settings to right-handed, but then i have to use exclusively either mouse or tablet until i switch the settings back. is there any way to set the function of the primary pen button, or maybe change the hard-coded "right/left mouse buttons" to "primary/secondary"? thank you!
I would also like this a great deal. I've been fiddling about with xsetwacom but it makes things very difficult. Looking back, this was brought up two and a half years ago and it would be nice to have a fix.
On Slackware64, I am running wacomtablet-2.0-x86_64-1_SBo (built from SlackBuilds.org), and every time I go to calibrate my Cintiq 22HD Touch, KDE settings crashes. Also, anything I set, like rotation to match display rotation, is reset as if it was not saved, each time I open the settings.
Thank You to fixes in 2.0.2, the rpm done :)

small google search assumes this the error comes from an older Qt version. http://mail.kde.org/pipermail/amarok-devel/2012-November/011218.html what Qt Version do you use?
I've seen this post but this Qt not too old, my Qt version is 4.7.1
Any chance we could get this to work with KDE 4.3 / Centos6
What is exactly the problem there? It "usually" should work out-of-the-box as long as you have a "recent" wacom driver (+xsetwacom) installed.

Don't know if you're still supporting this application. I'm just wondering why my touchscreen has been recognized (singletouch works) but I'm not able to configure it. Probably someone can help? xsetwacom --list Wacom ISDv4 EC Pen stylus id: 11 type: STYLUS Wacom ISDv4 EC Pen eraser id: 14 type: ERASER
On openSUSE 13.1 I still get that error. Creating configuration file manually didn't help...
Could you tell me what tablet you use? Usually this happens only when your tablet is not in the list of known devices. Which is especially for "newer" devices always the case at the moment. I need the tablet id xsetwacom get "Wacom Bamboo" tabletid where "Wacom Bamboo" is the name of your tablet
I guess this is it? $ xsetwacom --list devices N-Trig Pen stylus id: 11 type: STYLUS N-Trig Pen eraser id: 19 type: ERASER N-Trig Pen pad id: 20 type: PAD $ xsetwacom get "N-Trig Pen pad" tabletid 6
