Uppps... problem solved!! I relaunched rhythmbox and it now works perfectly... SORRY for the spam... I was pretty confident I had restarted rhythmbox.... apprarently I hadn't Thanks al lot for the plugin and your quick reply... and willingness to help. Bruno
Hi verdrehung, thanks for your quick reply. The default Lyricwiki plugin which comes with rhythmbox is what I have been using and outputs truncated lyrics. I have installed this plugin and followed the installation. During the installation I was given an error message complaining about LyricsSites.py not in the installation directory, so I had to google until I found one. Now I notice that upon installation of this plugin I have a new LyricWikiParser.py in my installation folder: /usr/lib64/rhythmbox/plugins/lyrics but I do not have any new LyricWikiParser.pyc nor LyricWikiParser.pyo... May this be the cause of the new plugin not working? If so, how do I sot it out? I am a complete ignorant on python. Regards, Bruno
Hi all, in my rhythmbox version 0.12.6 running on Fedora Core 12 the only thing I get when trying to display the lyrics from lyricwiki.org is the first few lines. I have been googling to solve this problem without success. Does anybody have a clue how to fix this issue? Other than that I am very happy with this mp3 player. Regards.
Have you tried this plugin? Lyricwiki plugin which comes with rhythmbox is out of date and doesn't work. This plugin works for me.
