Sorry I reply to you so late. I never encountered the font-changing issue. Could you provide more information? Like what enging you are using, for example. :-)
Hello! I see I can't change the font and its size... I'm running Lubuntu 12.04 with GTK 3.4
I think it was due to my theme and its engine (it must be updated for GTK 3.4).

It was Solidity engine but It is dead. I use Clearlooks-Phenix since GTK 3.4 and there is no problem anymore.
To be perfect, to me just needs Multi Tab support.
I have put it to my TODO list, but with a low priority. :-P
Do you plain to implemant a recent files opened history like Mousepad ?

The web site of Lɜafpad had an IP transition. Please see http://l3afpad.blogspot.com/2011/09/ip-transition-of-lafpad-host.html.
Many thanks! :)
if GTK3 support justifies a fork. Did you try to upstream your changes and were they rejected? Do you have more changes in mind so l3afpad and leafpad will diverge over time?
Upsream of Leafpad has no plan (yet) to support GTK+ 3.x, even in newer 0.9 branch. See http://www.calno.com/l3afpad/#FAQ I do has some TODOs and plan to maintain Lɜafpad actively. Bug reports or feature requests are very welcome.
Thanks for your response. If you are looking for bugs, how about https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=718934 Upstream rejected this one because he cannot reproduce it on Windows. It's reproducible on Linux though. Once I see l3afpad is more active than the original I'll be happy to maintain it in Fedora.
Got it. I will "try" to clean up some bugs found in leafpad and mousepad(also a leafpad fork).
