Qt frontend for netctl (Archlinux network profile manager)

Version is alpha - usable and won't eat kittens, but could profit from feedback on user demands.

Supports wifi scanning, profile switching and adding/editing of *basic* netctl profiles.

See the readme on troubles and suggested solutions if you don't want to run it as root (root permission are mandatory for wifi scanning and usually for netctl management)
