there are definitely some issues (I built it on linux). When the program starts it's a bit of a mess, one window opened on top of another, the configuration window had to be resized before using it. But I can see a definite use for a program like this, I would like to use this instead of sticky notes, the moving text draws attention and is harder to ignore. I would like to see transparent background, and the possibility to use png or jpeg files for backgrounds rather than just gif files. Like I said at the beginning though, this is a really nice start to a utility that could be very useful. oh yeah localization, (maybe it is time for me to look at making a translation ) thanks
