Description:
This my first screenshots, it's a fake??
you need:
- superkaramba
- a few superkaramba themes [got here]
- kde
- liquid

From the top:
- skaramba background from the theme:

- skaramba sensor theme from:
http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=6303
- the kiker centered with tasks
- the clock and time from skaramba
- a right oriented panel with systray and window list
- a common background
- a left and right side panels
- kroller theme with my patch to show the black arrows
