though i didn't understand what u said , but the icons are Crystal Clear iconset by everaldo.
how did you get 'true' transparency for Yakuake? ('true' as in, you can see the windows / icons beneath yakuake)
well, this is fake translucency as well =) i'll let u guess how it is done (realy simple) , and btw i did it just to take this screenshot :)
