I played a bit with the color of the Transparent Kicker bar and found it better if the bar is (30%) colored in the desktop color. In this case light yellow.
I, too, disagree with the window decoration. Baghira is nice, but I think that it should be glossy instead of gradient, and just a little higher to avoid crowding the buttons.

That is a sweet shot, the only thing I would change is the Win Deco, Ive been looking for a Aero Glass-ish one, but the task bar is great
i use this wallpaper as well and it's wonderful, isn't it :) that yellow with dark blue is just excellent... :)
