This is Amarok now playing script for weechat users.
It displays now playing song in active weechat window automatically on song change.
Uses weechat fifo pipe, so if it's not enabled you might need to enable it first.

This is edit of Amaroketa script from kde-apps.org.
Install it and run through amarok script manager.
