I have updated the Rainy Day Blues theme for Mint 18.
The entire theme - Cinnamon, gtk2, and gtk3 - have all been updated for compatibility with Mint 18.

I made some small changes in the appearance of the Cinnamon portion.
I completely re-built the gtk2 and gtk3 and metacity for a very new look.
