thanks alot! it works great. debian needs ppl like u :)
This is getting some kind of sport, eh? "Karma whoring" I would have said somewhere else... SCNR. ;-)
sounds like the sort of comment that would have been made at that website...
I myself hate all this aqua-liquid-keramik-osX-style things people nowadays do, BUT, my son (6 years old) loves those big shiny colorful buttons.. and he has them on his KDE, so I will be installing this too, to get the similar look for some of the GTK apps he uses.. so, thanks. :) .b
A 6 year old boy who uses Linux ? I am really impressed :)
I not very surprise. I have two children (4 and 6) and both use Linux, BSD, Windows, Mac ! As an user, a good OS is easy to use. What really impress me, is someone you was impress with that :-) Mayby, it's because you don't know how to make a good configuration of your computer :-)
Gosh, my baby girl doesn't have that choice... it's either Linux or nothing...
I have no children nor any friends with children that wisits me, so I can't really tell ;) But I do know that (exept me and some of my geek friends, nobody are running linux as desktop, and I sure do know al lot of people.
Why are you impressed? My son (6) installed Mandrake 9 by himself. He's been installing and using his own distro on his own computer since he was 4. He's a big fan of bzflag, frozen bubble, tuxracer and gTans.
installed mandrake by himself? why? did you try to force him on debian ;) my son plays frozen bubble too.. but rocks'n'diamonds is number one. he is into level making now. weird levels that little guy invents .. heh. bzflag is daddys little secret game.. .b
