The Reason for this Background was, to have a clean(without JPG artifacts) 4K Background with this pattern:

Since the reference is fully of jpg-artefacts and not in 4K, I created my own version that has a slightly different touch(more contrast and sharpness for instance)
and added a different version with a voronoi pattern inside the Arch symbol.
