Description:
Soundset full of screams and mutters by my cat.
Extract the archive into ~/.local/share/sounds.
If the directory doesn't exist, make one.
Then open System> Settings> Sounds and select 'TalkingCat'.

Yes, I wanted to make a funny soundset. My cat seems to dislike this theme though these are his voices. When the sound rings, he goes away.
