Description:
It parse the EBU subtitles (*.stl) and convert them to the SubRip format.

When you drag an .stl file over VLC it is converted to the SubRip format and displayed in the messages dialog.
Currently it only read timing and text, everything else is skipped.
The code is still a bit ugly but it works.
