Description: Laptop's battery monitor. By default displays only tray icon showing the charge level and main DC adapter state. On mouse move over the icon displays some additional information about the battery's state: capacity (%), charge/discharge rate (mA), estimated charge/discharge time, battery's health (how much of the total cells' capacity left, %). Supports two types of data collection mechanisms: DBus and SysFS. Provided as a source code only (for now) located in Github. To build the project, you'll need to have qt4-qmake, libqt4-dbus, qt4-dev-tools (for qt4 version, or qt5* for qt5 version), make and perform this steps: 0. Open the console and head to the folder with the packed source. 1. Extract the package and head to the folder with extracted source. 2. Inside the directory with the sources create a sub-directory named, e.g. build and head into it. 3. Type: qmake .. 4. Type: make 5. You should get the source compiled and you'll find a file named qbatt you may now execute.
No additional settings needed, nothing is saved in user's home or else. To exit the application just double-click left mouse button on application's tray icon.Last changelog:
