This theme just variant/lipstick from Arc, And maybe for other people is nothing special
But for me, This theme is fantastic!
I get Redesign almost all basis this theme, Colors for (hover/prelight, selected, fonts, etc), Buttons size, Fix Tooltip, Fix Double Commander, Fix accelerator menuitem, Gnome-Shell (3.30+), Xfce (4.14), Metacity (4.2), Xfwm4 and also I change window buttons layout mimic with my own design, Just look screenshot section for more details.

How to add this theme on your system?
Just extracted file download (zip/tar.xz) then copy paste folder called "Arc-Vaganza" to your home folder directory (.themes), If you don't have folder
.themes, Just created it.
-- Open your Gnome-Tweak-Tool (Tweaks) application OR Theme Preferences on your distro, Tab in the section "theme" and chosing "Arc-Vaganza" that it's!
Don't forget to give me Vote, Rate/Fav this theme if you like it

Can it run in mint cinnamon ? Or i missing something to make it work ?
@MatijaD iam so sorry bro, at this time this theme not yet support for "Cinnamon" desktop. So...you don't missing anything...but in the next time I'll update it for "Cinnamon" fans. Because I still need get stable version to test it, So....stay tuned :)
