Installation instructions:
Replace Xine's splash screen file called xine_splash.png.
Since I compiled Xine myself, I got it in this directory:
/usr/local/share/xine/skins/xine_splash.png

You'll have to find it yourself if it's elsewhere on your computer. If you're having trouble, utilize the command "locate" to search for xine_splash.png.
