In the download there is a normal and darker version. Kirocker is a kicker applet to control Amarok.
Kirocker also has a full screen option.
This is a theme for the full-screen mode.

To install the theme, just open the archive file (the file ending with ".kirocker-theme.tar.gz").
Alternatively, you can launch the full-screen display of Kirocker Music Display, open the "Choose Theme" window, click "Import..." and browse to the archive to install.

short explanation:
untar the file and copy the theme files to you /home/you-name/.kde/apps/kirocker/themes.
If this location not exist, you can also copy the theme files to /opt/kde3/share/apps/kirocker/themes (you have to be root to copy to this location)

I permitted myself to modify your beautiful theme for it to be used with 4.0 Beta 2: http://slaout.linux62.org/kirocker/themes/BluePowerOfSound.png http://slaout.linux62.org/kirocker/themes/Blue%20Power%20Sound.tar.gz Do what you want from it. Either replace teh download on this page, enhance my proposition, or discard it ;-)
