As we approach the 15th anniversary (where does the time go?) of my creation of the "New Tux" logo (you can find it here: https://www.opendesktop.org/p/1082435/ ), I've decided the time has come to re-emerge and provide some new works. I hope that this will be the first of several new projects I'll be adding.

A GNU I made based on the original, but with a new look. Created with Inkscape. It's really nice to have such good tools with which to work. Back when I created New Tux, I used Sodipodi, which was a forerunner to Inkscape. Much thanks to all the talented Software Engineers at the Inkscape team.

I actually first imagined making this ~15 years ago, but never got around to it at that time. I hope it can enjoy wide adoption and use, much like New Tux did.
