Description:
This is the well known kfaenza theme.
I modified it so that black/symbolic icons are now grey outlined icons and since the theme is for kde, i've also added window control icons for gtk3 apps using csd.
Fixes comes as i found issues to the linked git repo.

9 I love this theme! Thank you so much for keeping KFaenza alive! Will you ever update it again, though?

There's a lot of icons that need to be added to make this work and support newer apps. I miss this icon theme and would love to see it become consistent and useful again.

99% of the time newer apps can easilly use existing icons by using symlinks. I just add icons as soon as i find them missing; but everyone is welcome to submit work to the provided git repo!

An Icon Theme should have a valid .theme file among its files and aim to be complete for desktop use under Gnome or KDE Plasma.

If it contains only a single icon or a small set of icons, please use the Icon Sub-Sets or Single Icon/Logo categories instead.
