Description: DesktopBSD aims at being a stable and powerful operating system for desktop users.
DesktopBSD combines the stability of FreeBSD, the usability and functionality of KDE and the simplicity of specially developed software to provide a system that's easy to use and install. Even inexperienced users can perform administrative tasks such as configuring wireless networks, accessing USB storage devices and installing and upgrading software.
Main features: > Easy to install > Powerful graphical software management > Quick and easy access to system settingsLast changelog:

And i tought that this site was for KDE APPLICATIONS. And last time when i checked, FreeBSD was BSD Operation System and not KDE APPLICATION!
Sorry about yelling but FreeBSD with KDE is NOT KDE APPLICATION.
If this is about KDE outlook, post it to kde-look.org and if this is about FreeBSD, post it to distrowatch.com
Please, let's keep KDE-apps.org for KDE applications and kde-look.org for KDE thememing and Qt-apps.org for Qt apps etc etc.
DesktopBSD includes tools which are in fact KDE applications that enhance the desktop environment with additional, FreeBSD-specific functionality. They can be installed on a plain FreeBSD installation using sysutils/desktopbsd-tools from the FreeBSD ports collection.
Also, other operating systems are present on KDE-Apps.org as well, for example openSUSE, Ark Linux and Sabayon Linux. They too are listed in the "Other Software" category, which I believe fits operating systems with KDE as default desktop environment.

I thought I had seen such an image a way back. Would try to run it in qemu or virtualbox and see how I like it.

I personally think this is a welcome addition and in the right category. Kudos for a great distro.
