Le dépôt http://ppa.launchpad.net/velnias/velnias/ubuntu disco Release n'a pas de fichier Release.
N: Les mises à jour depuis un tel dépôt ne peuvent s'effectuer de manière sécurisée, et sont donc désactivées par défaut.
Google translate did an interesting job, but I think you tried to add my PPA for the 'Disco' release of Ubuntu. Currently it contains only 'Bionic' if you are interested I can try to do a version for 'Disco'
