Installation:
1.- Extract the zip file to the themes directory i.e. ~/.themes/ or /usr/share/themes/ (create it if necessary).
2.- To set the theme in Gnome, run the following commands in Terminal.
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface gtk-theme Kriptongsettings set org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences theme Kriptonor Change via distribution specific tweaktool.

Nautilus window controls do not respect the theme, is there a workround?

It's a nice theme though imho there's something which could be improved with the shell: the text with the active button on top bar it's white, the background colour used it's also nice but the text would be more functional if it was dark. Keep on with your work. :)

10 My favorite theme :) like the shade you use for the black it's not bright like many others. Your theme with Fluent gtk Window theme makes a nice combination.

9 It's great the only problem is that the font for default desktop icons like Home, Trash and rest is dark and can be barely seen other then that it's great

Damnnn love it, but the app menu does not work correctly, the font-color should be white or some like that.
