Description:Made by EtienneGnome
This theme is another variation from LinMOS (LinMOS is not Mac OS) theme.
Like LinMOS, this theme is build and tested to provide a nice desktop environment :
> Gnome 3.38 compatible
> Light and Dark version
> Transparent and Solid (non-transparent) version
> Support for 4K resolution
> Support for keybord driven highlighting
> Gnome Shell adapted theme
TIPS:
Users with Nvidia driver are recommended to use solid version.
Solid version : version without transparency.
NEW:
2.0: Updated from Equilibrium : Gnome 3.38+ compatible, real solid version for Nvidia drivers, support for Nemo file browser, compiled for best results. Scrollbar widget updated with 3D effects.
1.0: Initial version with transparent and non-transparent (solid), light and dark versions, support for 4K resolution and keybord driven highlighting.
IMPORTANT:
This theme is developed for the gnome DE. It works on GTK3.22 to GTK3.29, and GTK3.32/34/36/38+, NOT ON GTK 3.30, NOT ON GTK 4 NOR GNOME 40.
How to install:
Download the theme :
> NewGaia-2.0
> NewGaia-Solid-2.0
> NewGaia-Dark-2.0
> NewGaia-Dark-Solid-2.0
Just copy the extracted file to the '.themes' folder you make in your home directory.
Then use Tweak Tool and select the GTK3 and Gnome Shell themes for 'Applications' and 'Shell'.
LOG OUT AND BACK IN for changes to take full effect !
Version 2
Updated from Equilibrium : Gnome 3.38+ compatible, real solid version for Nvidia drivers, support for Nemo file browser, compiled for best results.
Scrollbar widget updated with 3D effects.

Thanks Etienne. Question: I see the Gnome-shell exactly the same way for the solid-dark and solid variants. And in both cases, they're not solids. They have some transparency. Encore merci! François
You are welcome. The Gnome-shell is the same in any version (solid, transparent, ...). For Gnome-shell themes with Nvidia drivers, there is no problem with transaprency. So I didn't write specific themes.

Thank you so much for your rating.
1 Broken
Whoo ... Thank you for your rating. It's your choice. But such a rating without comment doesn't make any sense. To improve me, can you tell me why ?
9 9 excellent color blending
Thank you for your rating.
9 9 excellent Great functionality and legibility. I like buttons a little bigger, though. I like the colors very much. I am also trying to capture "Gaia" in colours in some of the latest themes I've done, but it's not easy, because there are quite a few (blue, green, yellow, brown...), and can easily end up too messy. Good job!
A big thank you for your comment and your rating. The main color is cyan, and green (a little) for tabs. Yellow-orange (and a little green) is only present in Nautilus. Perhaps we should invert the green of the tabs with the yellow-orange of the sidebars ...
I was curios to use your theme with the new release of Xfce 4.16 with the CSD border, unfortunately not all apps has been ported to CSD like Thunar, It look great nonetheless. I hope Xfce will convert all apps to CSD the theme would have been perfect! See screenshot https://ibb.co/L89MF1w
Did you install 4.16 manually?
I installed Archlinux which have already Xfce 4.16
Thanks. I’m now installing Debian testing which has 4.16.
10 Very nice, I like the color!
Thank you so much. Funny colors (I think ...) for a less funny world (ecology, pandemics, ...). Let's try to be a little happy anyway :-)
