99 excellent . I like it a lot except for the title bar and minimize,maximize,close icons, which are too small and difficult to see and click for my taste, but i changed those from appearance settings.
Global Themes in Plasma are Meta- or Super-Themes, capable of changing multiple aspects of the desktop environment at once, like Window Decoration, Plasma Theme, Color Scheme, Icon Theme etc. In addition, one can define the complete Layout, like what panel to use where, the menu type used and much more.

10 Simply the most usable KDE theme. Especially because it's not white or black like all the other themes out there.
