10 Really neat idea and seems to work well on Plasma 6! :)

Glad you enjoy

ben2talk

Any chance of boosting it up for Plasma 6?

samvo

Test it, please

ben2talk

Yes, Search for 'New Folder from Selected' in the dialogue and it worked perfectly. Thank you so much <3

10 Wow - this is awesome. Why isn't it a default feature?

samvo

I glad you like it

9 Very handy, thank you. One thing: when installing from Dolphin, I had to choose between 2 files with the same name, that was confusing. But I took the first one and it worked.

I was able to make it work by editing the files "selected2folder.desktop" and "selected2folder.sh". Open "selected2folder.desktop" in a text editor and replace line 19 with this "Exec=$HOME/.local/share/kservices5/selected2folder.sh %F .", then open the file "selected2folder.sh" in a text editor and replace line 3 with this ". $HOME/.local/share/kservices5/s2fLocalization.sh". This works in plasma 5.27. The issue was that in those files there is an extra folder that does not exist in plasma 5.27

Can't seem to make it work in plasma 5.27. I tried to install it via dolphin, via discover and copied the files to `~/.local/share/kservices5/ServiceMenus/`but it doesn't work. The entry appears in the context menu but it does nothing.

I like this, it's what I needed since I read a lot of manga and I keep each chapter in a folder, excellent thanks bro.

Estaría mejor si los .sh se guardaran en $HOME/.bin/ It would be better if the .sh were stored in $HOME/.bin/

Solo por comodidad. Just for comfort.

Thank you very much? useful stuff. Unfortunately does not install the regular way, with Dolphin's addons window.

samvo

I resolved it. Hope you enjoy!

Unfortunately didn't work. Just tried it on fresh Manjaro system, opened Dolphin's addon menu, pressed "install" and got error message. Message didn't fit to KDE's window, so I don't know what was the problem :)
