This is a text effect for kdenlive which shows the text appearing with a blur going across the screen. It is a library clip, so it needs to be added to your library folder (.local/share/kdenlive/library), and can be modified once the clip is expanded. More info here: https://youtu.be/BK2mDLlhoYA
