this script allows you to have the same chrome profile open on several different activities with different saved tabs.
synchronization is one way and changes to chrome settings made in another activity will not be shared with other instances of chrome.
for example: adding a bookmark from the main activity will make it appear also in the secondary ones, but not the other way around.
if you want to delete the new chrome configuration just go to ~ /.Activity and remove the folder

UPDATE:
i created a version to sync bookmarks in all instances of chrome with the name chrome-experimental-sync.
Note: I take no responsibility for the loss of bookmarks and I recommend making a backup copy.

install:
to install it, simply download and put the script in a folder of your choice and add it to the plasma applications menu after marking it as executable in the file properties.
you can add it to the plasma menu by right clicking on the application menu icon and selecting "edit applications", or from the terminal with "kmenuedit"

it doesn't work with snap or flatpak and rsync is required
