Neon Effect for Kdenlive. Put it in your custom effects folder (.local/share/kdenlive/effects). There is only one file, but you need TWO TRACKS (layers), one, in the bottom, with the effect and other one, in the top, without it. You can change the color of the neon changing the colorize effect within the effect stack.
