KiO 4K Elegance skin for the VLC Media Player

Only for 4K monitors (3840 × 2160 resolution)
I hope that these skins will be useful to solve the problem that arose when applying old skins in the new 4K resolutions.

Added:
- Video Mode with playlist
- Show/Hide TopBar
- Always on top
- Fullscreen Controller
- Audio Mode with playlist
- Cover art optional in audio files
- Minimal audio mode
