Description: Originally wrote this for myself, but have decided to share.
SolarSpy is a unique conky widget which displays 3 different sun images (fed from NASA every 2 hrs) that alternate on a timed "slideshow" along with current solar conditions. New images and data are refreshed every 2 hours. I've included a small pdf that explains the data and graph output so that you know what it all means. The 3 solar images represent different solar conditions: flares, corona and sunspots, etc. and all match the color theme of the widget.

Dependencies: Xidel (a small command line add-on for web scrapping) https://www.videlibri.de/xidel.html#downloads wget - included on most Linux distros.
SolarSpy is coded to be run as a cron job to ensure data is retrieved on schedule and most importantly, to save CPU by running as a background process. There is a bit of set-up involved, but it is pretty simple. I've included a comprehensive set-up guide for Debian/Ubuntu, CentOS/Fedora that covers every step

And I experienced a number of problems, too. By the way, I found a couple of minor errors in Astro Nerd, and you need an additional library to start Horoscope. Have a look at my messages.
