These wallpapers are variations with the XFCE and Xubuntu logos.
All the variations with the name "Linux" are now migrated to this page: https://www.pling.com/p/2007496/
Feel free to modify the SVG files in any software like Inkscape.. new sizes, new colors, etc.. They can be used directly as wallpaper in Gnome, XFCE or Cinnamon. The aspect can be different in KDE or LXQT. Don't worry, it's very easy to convert a svg file in jpg or png.
For example with the command convert (installed if you have Gimp):
