04/21/23 - V1.1: Should install through KDE

What:KDE Plasma Splash Screen animation of the Commodore 64 loading the desktop from a 1541 disk drive. I did the simple animation in VICE.

Resolution: The GIF is in 1920x1200 but animates on screen at 1280x1024. You can change the resolution to meet your needs by editing the file: C64/contents/splash/Splash.qml file.

Test Drive: Open a terminal and type: ksplashqml --test --window C64

Where: Copy the C64 folder to $HOME/.local/share/plasma/look-and-feel/

Settings: KDE System Settings --> Appearance --> Global Theme --> Splash Screen to set C64
